I haven't gotten a chance to blog since Thursday night. Here's the recap:
Day 26:
Friday, February 5: went to the gym and concentrated on my cardio session. I cycled for an hour, while I read a really good book. I did a bit of arm and shoulder work and then saw the guys benching and had to get in on the action. I did a set of flat bench and incline bench. Felt pretty good.
Day 27:
Saturday, February 6: spent the afternoon at the gym with Birdy. Only did about 35 mins of steady state cardio. I also worked my abs and did circuits of whole body movements (Olympic lifts, push ups). My joints are starting to hurt a bit but it's okay. Needing to factor in more rest days. Saturday was also my cheat meal day. Mcdonald's! I only had a McDouble and apple juice, but it was great. I also had some donuts and oreos... Don't judge me.. Lol. It was great!

Lol @ Saturday being the cheat day with Superbowl Sunday the next day! I'm going to try to remember what I ate Friday and Saturday; I didn't know then that I would be a contributor and should have written everything down to comment on your post! Lots of activity Saturday with the baby's dance class and cleaning and stuff Saturday. Friday running around at work (literally, as the clock was counting down). Note that there was an excessive amount of pickles consumed from the diner, which has the 1/2 sours that are my candy! For me, sugars aren't the big deal, it's the salts!
Day 5:
Breakfast: 1/2 my oatmeal
Lunch: the diner with a friend - pickles, chicken noodle soup, turkey burger with lettuce & tomato, a portion of sweet potato fries.
Dinner: salad, portion of TJ's shepherd pie
Snack: Did Not have a donut when the boss brought them in! TJ's pomegranate yogurt, bite of TJ's crunchy oat & honey granola bar, mozzarella cheese
Day 6:
Breakfast: portion of eggs, home fries and One Slice bacon, some oatmeal later
Lunch: shrimp with vegs & sauce on the side for light dipping, egg roll
Dinner: portion of chicken parm and ziti, portion of TJ's chicken pot pie
Snack: egg drop soup, orange, strawberries, one cookie
