Day 39
Today is day 39. I'mma keep this one short and simple, as I'm not really in the mood to write a long, drawn out story. I'll update tomorrow morning. I did a warm up on the treadmill (15 minutes), an ab workout, interval training on the treadmill for 30 minutes, then a relaxing 20 minute bike ride.

I don't mind a long, drawn out story, especially when I'm doing ab twists on the chair, lol ! I'm just out of the zone as far as exercise again, due to stress in a situation coming up. Went to sleep shortly after the baby went down for the night without having done my exercises. And regretted it even further this morning while thinking about how I feel better and more relaxed after exercise. I will make up for the past two days tonight!!!
Day 18 (Thursday, Taco Night) meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: veggie burger on whole wheat, baked apples with Greek yogurt
Dinner: salad, two CHICKEN tacos, some steak from hubby's fajita
Snack: Guilt-Free ortilla chips from Trader Joe's with some of the fallings-out from hubby's taco salad.
Day 18 Exercise:
ab crunches/tightening
Days 19 and 20
So the part about making up for the past two days on Friday - I regret that it didn't happen. I was really in a funk, and I felt terrible about it, but felt physically drained. This continued Saturday also, and I'm thinking maybe TOM is on the way ... I did make up for it Saturday and Sunday, as I helped with putting in the new floor/moving furniture and lots and LOTS of activity with the baby.
Day 19 meals:
Breakfast: very small amt of oatmeal, cinn raisin bagel w/cream cheese
Lunch: Manhattan clam chowder, veggie burger
Dinner: veggies, TJ's fish sticks (baked)
Snack: 1/2 serving (3) Dove chocolates
Day 19 Exercise:
took the long flight of stairs at 42nd instead of escalator
ab work
Day 20 meals: (cheat day)
Breakfast: 1 slice hubby's bacon, scrambled egg, some home fries
Linner: late lunch/early dinner because of putting down the floor:
salad, 1 slice Domino's pepp & mushroom, some buttered brussels sprouts & carrots, taco salad w/leftover TJ's materials
Snack: 1 small bag white cheddar popcorn, 1 (one!) Chips Ahoy cookie with milk
Day 20 exercise:
ab work
3 sets of 8 reps legwork, such as lifts in basically every direction, lunges, stretches. 3 sets of 8 reps of bends forward, backward, each side, twists.
