I hope your interview went well! It sounds like you're feeling better, both physically and mentally. And the headaches, almost gone? Hooray!
We were out and about yesterday and wound up at a great deli - it was all I could do not to order and eat everything I wanted! I'm looking forward to a really good week, feel motivated and ready to eat, hydrate and exercise!

Day 15 meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal, bit of home fried potatoes
Lunch:* (only) 1 pickle, some pickled red pepper, some cole slaw, chicken noodle matzo ball soup, portion of kasha varnishkes
Dinner: pastrami (no bread), carrots, peas
Snack: low-fat cottage cheese

* let it be known that if not for the 365 day effort and already having my cheat day Valentine's Day, I would have housed the pickles and ordered a full meal (I don't know what but I know it would have been a gut-buster and a salt-fest.) Either a stacked sandwich and fries or a entree with naughty sides.

Day 15 Exercise:
3 sets of 8 reps of leg squats, leg lifts, and leg exercises to the side, and in different stretches and directions. I know there are names for these moves and I should look that up.
Ab crunches and ab work
3 sets of 8 reps of bending forward, backward, each side, and twists.

* Also note I'm conscious of walking up the stairs and things of this nature - making sure to take full steps to utilize my leg muscles while keeping abs tight.

* Reminder - I don't have a home scale and yesterday was a holiday so I will do my weigh-in today (Tuesday) which is my Day 16, and will post my meals/exercise/weight at the end of the day).

So I'm feeling pretty good! A few people have mentioned to me that I look like I'm losing weight, and though I haven't lost that much, I think my ab muscles toned up more and so it looks like I'm more compact. I notice that my bra and jeans feel different. I know that I will experience the big changes such as clothing changes and weight changes more in the beginning because I'm heavier now, and that the less I weigh and more muscular I become, the less weight will come off more quickly. So even if it seems I'm losing faster than Sinnamon, it's only because there was more fat to burn off me to begin with. Props to Sinnamon!

And so, I'm happy to announce that my weigh-in today showed a loss of 2 pounds! I'm really excited !! And motivated!

Day 15 meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: delicious Zabar's veggie burger on whole wheat bun, very small amount of pastrami, lots of carrots, peas
Dinner: 1/4 balsamic chicken breast (the breast was huge so the 1/4 was a proper portion), green beans, a bit of kasha varnishkes, a small bit of mashed potatoes
Snack: apple, 3 Dove chocolates (which was actually 1/2 serving), hot cocoa

Day 16 exercise:
3 sets of 8 reps arm work - up, down, out, up, back, wing span, circles forward, backward, curls.
carrying pump and two full Trader Joe's grocery bags (THEY'RE COMING TO W.72ND ST!!)(AND CHELSEA)
ab work
