I know it has been FOREVER since I posted to the site. I have been super busy and also a little discouraged. I had a weight gain of 2 pounds about a week ago and I was a bit upset at it. I also fell off a bit as far as the food I was eating. I think I got cocky about my progress and thought I didn't have to work as hard. That's a lie. I had been going to the gym everyday or at least getting in my daily activity. But no worries. I'll be back posting as soon as I can. My posting progress had also been delayed because of the death of my laptop. Hopefully, I can get a new laptop soon and be back in business.
If my count is correct, and I'm pretty sure that it is, today makes Day 71. Sorry for the delay in my postings and I will be back at it tonight after the gym.

Yay! Welcome back! Keepin' it short today for yesterday's Day 51:
Day 51 meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: small amount of chicken w/oyster sauce, lotsa brown rice
Dinner: pasta w/small amount of ricotta and mozzerella
Snack: Girl Scout thin mint cookies, nuts, some TJ's Blarney "scone" (Irish soda bread with raisins) for my tea party with the baby

ab work

Lots of lifting of really heavy boxes and feelin' sore all over. Yesterday's lunch was an "emergency lunch" that I had in the freezer at work for just such occasion. I think it was in there for months and months because it was all ice on top of the food in the plastic... Will probably try it again to get an idea of how it's supposed to taste, lol. The recent extra addition of fiber into my diet is, interesting.
Day 52 meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: TJ's guilt-free filet of sole with butter beans and spinach
Dinner: salad w/tomatoes & red peppers, small bit of pasta, portion of chicken with broccoli and bit of garlic sauce
Snack: nuts, granola bar, popcorn, bowl of TJ's 9-grain cereal
Day 52 exercise:
ab work
lifting
brisk walking
my Day 53
ok I don't know what I did aside from lifting and moving heavy boxes, but the bottom of my right thigh is sore. And I've hurt my right shoulder, but I know that's mostly due to the heaving breast pump bag I carry to and fro work. So the husband is "cleaning" in the dining room and "finds" a small thing of Oreos. And last night turned into Movie Night on dvd. You know where I'm going with this ... so I'll be doin' some more lifting and exercise today to make up for it! Though I am happy with myself that as delicious as my lunch was, I saved the other 1/2 for dinner instead of eating the hell out of it.
Day 53 meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: 1/2 caesar chicken wrap w/asiago cheese
Dinner: salad, 1/2 caesar chicken wrap w/asiago cheese
Snack: nuts, 2 TJ's cinnamon twists, Oreos

Hola! Feliz belated Cinco de Mayo!! ok so it's been a really long time since I posted - Sinnamon I need you back posting to keep me in check! So I used my handy dandy day-counting calendar and apparently yesterday was Day 94. So if you remember I couldn't do the weekly weigh-ins because they temporarily removed the scale at work. So yesterday I'm at the doctor's office and I get weighed and ... did I seriously last weigh-in on Day 50??? Anyway, apparently over the past ...omg... like 5 weeks, I've lost another 4 1/2 lbs for a total loss of 12 lbs!!!!!

ok there was a scale at parents house yesterday, lost 1 lb! Sinnamon where are ya?!!
