Okay, I'm always a day behind.. ughh.... Anyways, on Wednesday, I was feeling like some serious cardio. I wanted to run in the park, but it was a bit too chilly for me, so I went to the gym and hit the treadmill. I did a lengthy interval run. 45 minutes for 3.35 miles. I felt so alive afterward! I can't wait to do it again.
After the run, I went to the weight area and worked shoulders and arms.
Overhead Barbell Raise
Lateral Raises
Arnold Press with bicep curl
Overhead dumbbell tricep press
Cable Tricep Pushdown
Bench Dips
Front raises (loaded barbell)
Barbell Curls
I haven't been posting my daily food intake lately because I've been a bit lazy. but I've been taking photos of it and posting on FB. I'll get back around to it soon. Promise!
