Day 53 - Thursday, 3/4

Back to the gym... It was a glute and ab day. I've decided in addition to a dedicated leg day, I'm going to add a glute only day. I also added calf raises to the program. I did 35 minutes of moderate cardio on the bike and elliptical machine (never again - I can't stand the elliptical).

I began my glute workout and here it is:
Inner/Outer thigh machine
Pile Squat with 45 lb plate
One arm Deadlift
Donkey Kicks - rear and side
Calf raises

Reverse crunches
Side crunches
weighted front crunches

Not too exciting today.
